Pre-dipped Roof
Sawn on both sides for a tailored appearance. The 18" Perfection shingle is a cost effective choice for roof and walls, and is used often in the Northeastern regions of the US, and Canada. It is slightly thicker than the 16" Fivex shingle (5/2¼" thick). Certigrade™ Red Cedar Shingle sizing: 18-inch in length, with a minimum of 3" widths, and 5/2¼" in thickness (5 butts together measures 2¼" thick). Number 1 Grade, Blue Label® are clear heartwood; 100% edge grain; no defects. Recommended Use: For walls and roofs on 3:12 pitch and steeper where a premium quality product is desired.

Shop Preparation:
Our shingles can be purchased as untreated, CCA treated (mold and mildew resistance), fire-treated, or pre-stained for color. In addition to the treatment, our shingles can be cut to many of our available Fancy-Cutt™ profiles, or per your own custom template. We offer these shingles steam-bent, with a lengthwise bend, side-to-side bend, and in certain applications, bent diagonally.
CCA Treatment is a long term protection from fungal decay is provided with factory pressure-impregnation treatment of preservatives that will extend the life of cedar shake and shingle roofs. Recommended Use: On roofs in areas where humidity, dampness and/or shade is a concern.

Order Information:
There is a minimum order requirement for some of our products. For curved Cedar shingle orders, the minimum quantity requirement is just one (1) box. For Fancy-Cutt shingles, the minimum order is five (5) boxes. Depending upon current inventory, our minimum order for Wallaba and Teak shingles is generally 2,500 SF.
